   Livestock listed on our platform are the sole responsibility of the respective sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, health, or legality of the animals listed. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before purchasing. Additionally, sellers should verify the identity of buyers before sending the livestock, especially if the full amount has not been paid.

Communication Channels:

  Sellers or Our team may communicate with potential buyers via WhatsApp messages, email, phone calls, text messages, or social media. However, all communication must comply with our community guidelines and may not contain prohibited content.

Listing Content:

  Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, including any information provided about the livestock, pricing, and availability. Listings must not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate any laws or regulations.

Transaction Disputes:

   Transactions facilitated through our platform are solely between the buyer and the seller.The Platform does not intervene in resolving disputes or providing refunds, especially for categories where transactions are conducted offline and payment is made in cash.

Prohibited Activities:

   Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may disrupt the proper functioning of our platform or violate the rights of other users.

Terms of Use and Termination:

    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Platform and Services. You may terminate your participation at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to deny access to the Platform and Services, including blocking IP addresses, for breaches of these Terms, representations, warranties, covenants, or applicable laws. If we determine that your use violates these Terms or laws, we may terminate your access without warning and delete associated content. Upon termination, you are prohibited from registering a new account. Legal action may be taken, including civil and criminal proceedings, if necessary.
